A New Way to Play
The 2021 Online Reborn Circuit is a series of WoW TCG events hosted over the course of 2021 via Discord and Untap.in. Players from any region of the world are welcome and encouraged to join the community at large as we return to Azeroth and battle it out for prestige, prizes, and the thrill of the fight!
Where Can I Play?
We coordinate pickup games, practice games, raids, and official matches for our events via the WoW TCG Discord with dedicated channels for each month’s events. Though we do all our chatting and voice communication over Discord, we do the actual playing over a browser-based client called Untap.in. If you haven’t used Untap or similar programs before, here’s a short tutorial video for it. Discord and Untap are both free and relatively easy to use. If you have any questions just swing by the Discord or Facebook with them and someone will help you out!
What Can I Expect?
Expect to have a good time reliving the glory of WoW TCG and making new memories with our welcoming online community. Entry is always free and events are played over the course of a couple weeks with roughly 48 hours to schedule and play each round’s match. Prizes are provided without an entry free and awarded based on placement.
What’s the Leaderboard?
The 2021 Reborn Online Circuit Leaderboard is a place to track players progress throughout the year and reward players who earn the most circuit points throughout the year with exclusive prizes. With each event you participate in, you’ll earn ‘Circuit Points’ toward the leaderboard. The breakdown is below:
Sign up: 2 Points
Play a match: 1 Point
Win a match: 2 Points
Tie a match: 1 Point
Get the Bye: 2 Points
Top of Swiss: 2 Points
Top in Faction*: 2 Points
Win an Event: 5 Points
*Factions are Horde, Alliance, and Neutral
The current leaderboard will always be displayed on the front page of this site. At the end of the year we will have a special honor prepared for the Circuit Points Leader. Following the final event of 2021 the Circuit Points Leader will be awarded with the opportunity to design a new card for upcoming Reborn sets with new commissioned artwork typically of themselves or their in-game WoW character. Additionally, the Top 8 or Top 16 depending on participation will also receive prizes in the form of promos or memorabilia such as playmats.
