Block 8 Monk Starter Set: Part II

The Monk Starter set is now complete! Special thanks to @Tartaruga for massive help getting this set finished! These cards will be legal for all Reborn events effective June 23rd, 2023.

The four cards below have received changes since the last Monk release.

Combo Breaker: changed cost from 3 to 2.
Spinning Crane Kick: added reduction in cost based on times combat damage is dealt.
Stagger: Clarified language on the start of turn trigger.
Gao’s Keg Tapper: Added Smash, and a Monk only power to reduce cost of Brew cards.
